Does anyone know why?.....

I am not able to sign on to programs that need
connections such as party poker and p2p networks such as
itunes and kazaa. The connection status always reads
trying to connect and stays there. There is also a
problem when i want to sign on to my email, wether it be
hotmail,aol,or my school account. when i type in my
password and press enter it gives me "this page cannot be
displayed". What is wrong, and how can i fix it?
