Does anyone have a family tree template using Word?

I'm looking for a template for a family tree/listing of family members for
geneology purposes. I've seen the family history books, but it's not what I
need.

If you are doing even moderate genealogy, you might want to look for a
dedicated program, it may save a lot of effort.
