Does a program like this exist?

I'm going to post this around to a few different spots, since I'm just not
sure where to post it exactly . . .

There's a program that I may need to control, but I don't think I can do it
via Automation. So I was thinking it would be cool if there was some sort
of intermediary program that I could control via Automation. Then that
program would send keystrokes to the program I want to control, thereby
allowing me to control it in a round-about way. It seems doable, but I
don't know of anything like this at present.

Anybody ever heard of anything like this?

Thanks,

Russell Campbell

Russell,

You could also look at MS KB article Q259103, which discusses sending
keystrokes to another application using Windows Scripting Host. This might
give you some ideas.

Thanks to all of you for these responses. Hopefully one of these will fit
the bill.
