does a disk come with the computer to reinstall outlook express

I deleted the Outlook Express e-mail program because I was having difficultly
with sending e-mails. I now have e-mail that I tried to send stuck somewhere
in Outlook Express and can't get rid of it. Any suggestions?

OE is part of the o/s and IE - its not part of Office or anything to do with
Outlook, a completely different app

Outlook Express is part of Windows, and you can reinstall /
repair-install it from Add/Remove Programs; Add/Remove Windows Components.

1) Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup like
microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general.
2) You can't simply delete OE. OE is added and removed via Control Panel,
since it's considered a Windows component. Use Add/Remove
programs>Add/Remove WIndows components to fix it.
