Set Outlook to be my default e-mail program?

Hello,

When sending e-mails, if I click on a link, it uses my outlook express
instead of outlook. How do I make Outlook my default e-mail program?

How did you get this? I'm not very good with computers--still learning. I
have the same problem with outlook express.
