When I print the document it gets split into columns. If I delete the
attached envelope it prints fine. What's going on?
My guess is that columns have somehow been defined for the section
following the envelope and that deleting the section break is deleting
the columns formatting.
When you change page size or page orientation in a document Word inserts
a section break for you. The section break is where the page size,
orientation, margins, header/footers and newspaper column formatting is
held.
If you click in the part of the document with the columns, then go to
Format/Columns and set the number to 0, does the document behave the way
you want?
