DO NOT HAVE "LOCAL USERS & GROUPS" in System Tools in Computer Man

I do not have the option "Local Users & Groups" under System Tools in
Administrative Tools/Computer Management.

I previously had Windows XP Home Media Edition and had that option. I just
bought a laptop that is running Windows XP Home Edition, which does not have
it.

Is there a way to put "Local Users & Groups" in the list under System Tools?

accounts and groups. Local Users and Groups is available only in Windows XP
Professional.

BTW: XP does not have a Home Media Edition. XP comes if 3 "known"
types

XP Home
XP Professional
Media Center Edition -- Has most of Professional "configuration"
except Windows Domain features

And one "tweaked" version

XP Tablet -- Windows XP Professional with Teblet PC features
(handwriting recognition)
