Do not get print dialog box in Word; cannot print from Word

I cannot print from Word to any printer. This just started recently. I have
ran Repair and Fix; even uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2003. Print
dialog box does not appear at all. I can print from PowerPoint just fine.
Print test pages work fine from printer. Can print from Notepad and Word Pad
also.

What happens when you press Ctrl+P? Perhaps the Print dialog is coming up
behind the document window?

I tried the Ctrl P; doesn't do anything. Cursor doesn't even try to change
to hour glass or anything. Any other suggestions?

In Tools | Macro | Macros, look for a FilePrint or FilePrintDefault macro
(anywhere other than the "Word commands" list). If such exists, delete it.
If you can't delete it, change the "Macros in" setting until you find what
template or add-in the macro is coming from. Chances are it's something that
isn't supposed to be there or at least isn't needed.
