Do not deliver before

I send messages out and a majority of them are time
delivered by using the Do not deliver before under options
how can I change the defalut time; ie... if I am doing one
for today and use the do not deliver before i get
tomorrows date with a time of 5:00 PM how can i change
this to be todays date of 10:00 AM?
