I have micrsoft trial edition on my computer. I purchase the student teacher
edition Do I uninstall the trial edition.

You have the microsoft trial edition of what? And you purchased the student
and teacher edition of what?
 
I'm assuming you mean Microsoft Office. Yes you should uninstall the trial
version of Microsoft Office before installing the Student/teacher edition.
