do I need repatch

I have patch installed all hotfix released oct03
successful. But now I found its all upgrade to new version.
Do I need repatch again? Is it the same one as the first
release and why they upgrade?
 
If Windows Update tells you that you have critical updates to install, it is best to
do it and is what I do on my computers. It is better to be safe than sorry. ---
