Do I need a network card?

just bought a second hand black diamond desktop
unable to get on internet
Intel D915GAG motherboard

I cannot find any info on motherboard
no network adaptor listed in devices

system advises network card MAC address 00000000000000

assistance please.

A Server (ie; AOL, BT et) & a modem of sorts. Oh, and a telephone
helps too.

This appears to be an OEM board. There is an integrators toolkit
offered on the download page. This is presumably not the same
thing as acquiring a retail Intel motherboard, where the MAC
would already be assigned to any built-in LAN interfaces.
You'll have to be extra clever to get it all working.

Thanks Paul,
when I checked intel, I came up with a "page not found"
on the D915GAG.

I have a win98se box connected adsl, and a wireless router
to an XP in the lounge.
I was presuming I just plug the line into this new XP box
and be away, but I am getting nothing.
Sounds like I have to call in the (paid) cavalry.

and downloaded the LAN driver
for the D915GAG
