Why are you using mixed mode? Are you running Exchange 5.5?
2. I don't have DNS service.

What does your network use for DNS now? Your ISP's DNS servers?
A. Can I make my server 2000 acts like DNS server.

Yes, install the DNS service. You will need to point it to the DNS servers
(forwarders) you are using currently to resolve any queries not able to be
resolved locally.
B. As WIN server?

You mean WINS? Yes, install the WINS service.
c. gateway (router)

Not recommended. The gateway should be the inside interface on your
firewall, at least on a small network like that.

hope that helps.

With Windows 2000 you can create a "virtual router".
However this is fairly complicated and is extremely slow
compared to spending the money on a cheap router "netgear
comes to mind".
