DNS setting questions ??

Hiya, I have one windows 2000 server (DC) at my company. We just buy a
hosting plan for our website recently, & we set the nameserver to our
hosting company as well.

However, now when I try to ping my domain (xxx.com), it's still pointing to
our 2000 server which should be our hosting server instead. That's mean it
will point to our windows 2000 server. And this case only happens inside our
company (inside our network). When I try ping/access from outside or check
the setting from dnsstuff.com, it has no problems about this.

Therefore I am pretty sure it was the setting problem for our server. Could
anyone give me your help ?? Thanks !!

Sounds like to me that you need to set a forwarder in your DNS
properties to point to the new nameserver. Also have you looked to see
if you have created any records in your dns server to point xxxx.com to
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx ip address?

Good luck!
