dns server error

Why am I getting dns errors only on certain sites. I can't get into my
yahoo mail, can't login to espn or easports.com? Java or flash wouldn't
have an effect like that, would it?

Has this been happening very long?, it may simply be that this is a problem
with your ISPs DNS servers.
 
The espn site started yesterday and the yahoo mail and easports started
today. The problem is on the login pages. I can get to the regular yahoo
site but not the groups, or make changes in the fantasy football.
