If I multipule DNS, can I found what DNS was used by a
specific user to access a CIFS share?

By Sniff, Snorting or Snarfing packets or somehow logging
the requests from DNS client to DNS server.

Otherwise you cannot even tell that DNS was USED for the
resolution -- might have used a Hosts file, or even WINS/broadcasts.
