DNS issue

Trying to join a newly created domain name on windows 2003 from a
machine running windows xp but I get this error:
"Note: This information is intended for a network administrator. If
you are
not your network's administrator, notify the administrator that you
received
this information, which has been recorded in the file
C:\WINDOWS\debug\dcdiag.txt.

The following error occurred when DNS was queried for the service
location
(SRV) resource record used to locate a domain controller for domain
OWENTRIER.COM:

The error was: "DNS server failure."
(error code 0x0000232A RCODE_SERVER_FAILURE)

The query was for the SRV record for
_ldap._tcp.dc._msdcs.OWENTRIER.COM

Common causes of this error include the following:

- The DNS servers used by this computer contain incorrect root hints.
This
computer is configured to use DNS servers with following IP addresses:

204.127.198.4
63.240.76.4

- One or more of the following zones contains incorrect delegation:

OWENTRIER.COM
COM
.. (the root zone)

For information about correcting this problem, click Help."

Any leads or help.
Thanks a lot

Make sure the client computer's DNS setting points to the DNS server of your
active directory and NOT to an external DNS server at your ISP. In fact, all
computers in the domain should point to your own DNS server.

Also, make sure your AD DNS server allows dynamic updates, and then try to
restart the netlogon service on the DC, which should update the required DNS
records on your DNS.

Point at only the Windows 2003 server for DNS. This will solve the issue.
