DNS / DHCP

I have a win2K server and a broadband router. Neither is doing dhcp. Do I
just want to have the Win2K do DNS - or - do I have the DC become the DHCP?

assuming win2k is also DC, it is better to setup DNS and DHCP on the DC instead of the router.
