DLT tape error message

Quantum DLT tape backup worked fine -- now get "The media
pool identifier does not represent a valid media pool"
when I insert ANY DLT media into tape drive. Cause and
cure????

Does RSM show a Red X on the tape backup device?
Are you using NT Backup or another software (Arcserve or Veritas) for
backups?
