dllhost.exe

I just did a fresh install of XP HOME. After installing,
I noticed alot of activity on the cable modem, but I
wasn't downloading anything or viewing anything over the
internet. I quickly installed my Zone Alarm firewall
which stopped all access to the net. What's troubling me
is that dllhost.exe is trying to access the internet at
least 20 times a SECOND. I really don't recall this ever
happening during any previous reinstalltions. I figure
this is the file that was causing all the internet
activity to begin with, but I don't know why it wants to
connect so badly. Does anyone know what its trying to
connect to or if this is even normal? I'm in the process
of doing all my updates now - manually. I had to stop
ZONE ALARM from logging all the activity because this
file was causing it to swell at an astronomical rate.
Any help would be greatly apreciated. Thanks.... :)

Thanks for the quick reply. Virus, huh? I'll check it
out. It surprises me though because I had litterly just
finished the reinstallation of XP and hadn't opened any
internet connections yet when I noticed the activity, but
I'll check yoursuggestion right now - Thanks...:)
