I have several MS programs on my computer and MS Money
2002 is the only one that will not open. I keep
seeing "runtime error, abnormal program termination" I
ran my Norton Win Doctor and there is 1 problem related
to a missing file that cannot be repaired. I believe that
the two are related. The common thread seems to
be "mscoree.dll" What can I do to fix it??

Have you tried removing and reinstalling Money?

The file mscoree.dll is part of Microsoft .NET framework, at least that is what it shows up as on my machine. The path is C:\WINDOWS\system32\mscoree.dll and on the version page it states "Microsoft .NET Runtime Execution Engine" file version 1.1.4322.573.
