When a friend of mine boots her computer, she's getting a window that says ....
"This application or DLL c:\windows\system32\wtsapi32.dll is not a valid
Windows image. Please check this against your installtion diskette" She's
getting two windows ... one for Zone Alarm and one for AIM. What is this and
what should be done??
Windows XP Home SP2

Thanks

A google search on that file comes up with this link indicating it's
associated with terminal services. I don't know if that helps:

Try doing some clean boot troubleshooting to identify what program is
making the call to it.

That might give an idea of how to resolve it.

Another option is to expand a fresh copy of this file from the
installation CD and copy it to the c:\windows\system32 folder.

To do this go to Start | Run. Type in msconfig, click ok. On the
General tab click Expand file.
