DLL initialization routine failure

I have this now on start-up after downloading an update
from Microsoft...does anyone know how to fix this?? Thank
you!!
 
This is the error message:

Error loading C:\WINDOWS\System32\NvCpl.dll
A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed.
 
Thats an Nvidia driver file. Try removing the NView stuff from your startup
group.
