dll files

i have purchased a programme and unzipped it to programme
files. when trying to open the programme i get a message
that a dll file has to be installed, i have the file but
dont know how to install it ... Any suggestions
 
Hi,

Usually it needs to be copied to the C:\Windows\system32 folder.
