dll file

Can anyone hepl me to remove a dll file. I am trying to delete my Roxio easy
DVDCopy 2 and the DC_ShellExt.dll file keeps coming up stop me from deleting
the Roxio porgram

Deleting installed applications is a no-no. Remove via "Control Panel >
Add/Remove Programs" instead.
