No, you didn't buy a DVD copy from Microsoft. Windows doesn't come on
DVDs. It comes on CDs. All Microsoft-branded Windows copies requires a
product key (and not an ID and password). So you bought a pirated
version that didn't include the product key to install it. No one is
going to give you any "numbers" to let you use the illegal copy of
Windows.

Guess you'll have to call Microsoft if you think that you have a
legitimate copy of Windows (but it isn't). Or talk to the actual seller
if you think you can actually reach them. Or chalk it up to your greed
in trying to get a super-cheap copy of Windows. So from whom did you
really buy the "product"?

Sounds like you got the "Corporate" version of Windows where the seller
claims that a product key is not required. That is a pirated copy where
the scammer slices off one license from a volume license, cuts a CD, and
hopes you won't find the seller too soon after you buy it. All copies
of the license within a volume license are to be used within the same
organization that purchased the volume license, not to be sliced out and
sold to outsiders.
