.dll file help

When my laptop is first starting up, I get a messagae saying:"you are
attempting to open a .dll file. The file is wzcsvc.dll. I have to click
cancel to get the message to go away. since this started, my laptop won't
connect via my network card and lan. Any ideas?? I am so frustrated with
trying to connect!! Thanks
