HELP with ram PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need help. i get messagas saying "the application faild to initialize
properly"
or " runtime error" or "virtual memory low" or "insufficient
space"

I bought new ram ( the same i had before) and nothing has changed. I cant
open any files. I have a Windows XP Pro with MSI parts

what is wrong and haw can i fix it?

Your pagefile is too small.
