DLL AND EXE ERROR MESSAGES

Installed expansion pack to Delta Force Black Hawk Down this weekend. Came
up with immediate error 16 bit MS-DOS subsystem
c:\progra~1/novalo~1/deltaf~1/pack.exe the NTVDM CPU has encountered an
illegal instruction. cs:053c IP:011a OP:foffffoooo choose close to terminate
application and another one that says the application or dll c:\program
files\novalogic\deltaforceblackhawkdown\ibrowse.dll is not a valid windows
image. Please check this against your installation diskette.

I have rebooted entire computer back to Windows XP and nothing else -
deleted and reinstalled the programs numerous times and cannot determine if
this is a windows problem or a novalogic software problem
