It is very hard to follow your post the way it is written, without
proper punctuation and formatting. However, from what I can gather, I
would suspect you have some failing hardare. Here are generic
troubleshooting steps for hardware:

1) open the computer and run it open, cleaning out all dust bunnies and
observing all fans (overheating will cause system freezing); 2) test
the RAM - I like Memtest86 from www.memtest86.com - let the test run
for an extended (like overnight) period of time - unless errors are
seen immediately; 3) test the hard drive with a diagnostic utility from
the mftr.; 4) the power supply may be going bad or be inadequate for
the devices you have in the system; 5) test the motherboard with
something like TuffTest from www.tufftest.com. Testing hardware
failures often involves swapping out suspected parts with known-good
parts. If you can't do the testing yourself and/or are uncomfortable
opening your computer, take the machine to a good local computer repair
shop (not a CompUSA or Best Buy type of store).

If you need more help, then please repost with a clearer description of
your computer, the problem, and what you've already done to
troubleshoot.

This is apparently referring to a game by Activision. Why this would
appear in your startup is beyond me, if in fact that is where the error
occurs. It is impossible to tell from your post. If you uninstalled the
game, then find the references left to it and remove them.
and the following
MICROSOFTshared.DLL error the key
"SOFTWARE\microsoft\windows\currentversion\shared DLLs, "refers to a
missing file. "C.\Program file\Hewlett-Packard\hp print screen
utility\uninstal."

Obviously, the question to ask here is do you still have the HP printer
utility installed. If not, then clean up the reference. If you do still
want the utility, then reinstall it.
Do I need to get a DLL..(whatever that is) and where do I get the
right one? Can I go to restore and bring it back to before we did
uninstall and all the other stuff and will it bring it back to have
the correct DLL...once again if it aint broke,,,dont fix it..dont know
why we decided to go to Mcafee when Norton was fine..

I have no idea. Once again, your post is unclear. Perhaps your best bet
at this point would be to either take the machine to a good local
computer repair shop (not a BestBuy or CompUSA type of store) or just
format the drive and clean install Windows (or use the Restore Disk if
your computer is from an OEM with that option). Understand that
formatting the drive will erase all data.
