I downloaded dlexpert from the pricelessware site using this address
http://www.wilders.org/HTMLobj-1088/dlexpert099.exe
When I installed it the language didn't seem to be english. There were
just lines and blank spots where the menu items should have been. Does
anyone know what the problem could be?

Thank you. I downloaded from there and reinstalled. Then I realized that
I didn't choose English as the language to use.<duh>
