DL in Sent Mail but no one Received it!

Finally got into new thread. DL is established with all 48 in contacts.
Address correct. Sent to myself, with BCC where I entered the DL. I did not
get it and neither did the other 48. It does however appear in my Sent Mail.
What could be blocking this?

A corrupt DL. Happens all the time. No one I know even uses DL's for that
reason.

What do you use to to communicate with multiple recipients? Like a home
owners association.
