Distorted Sounds

When I try to play a sound it sounds distorted
I have a Creative Audio PCI ES 1370, SB PCI 64/128 WDM sound card
I have tried uninstalling it, I have tried updating it, but I get the message no sound blaster sound card detected.......Can anyone help me please

Hi

Uninstall your sound card via Device Manager, reboot and then reinstall the software for it. Failing that, try uninstalling via Safe Mode.

Download the latest version from the sound card's web site.
