Displaying CD name after changing

I'm having problems with the cd label that appears in
windows exlporer. After having inserted a cd into my cd-
rom and viewing it, I then take it out and insert a
different cd. The left pane of explorer still displays
the cd label of the first cd, yet the files of the new cd
display on the right side of the pane. What's going on?
Why is the cd label not refreshing with the new name? I am
running Windows XP.
 
I don't think it's a problem of it being slow. I've tried
refreshing and it still shows the wrong cd name. I even
get out of explorer and get back in and it still shows the
wrong name.
