All of a sudden my display screen has doubled in size. I
have to continually scroll to do anything. I have tried
numerous things but I can't get it back to the original
setup. Any ideas what I can do?

Thanks.

Control Panel|DISPLAY|SETTINGS

Choose 1024 X 768 resolution and click on OK.

If this is a recent problem: Click your Start button/All
Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore.

When System Restore opens select the option to Restore My Computer to an
Earlier Time. Click the Next button. The Screen will now be divided into
two panes. On the left is a calendar, and on the right the System Restore
Points for dates on the calendar will be described. The dates in bold font
are the ones that contain System Restore Points. Click on a bold date just
prior to the problem. Then in the right pane select a Restore Point by
clicking on it, which will highlight it. The Restore Points that are named
System Checkpoint were automatically created by Windows XP, and are just as
good as the ones that you would create manually before changing any settings
or installing software, hardware, or drivers (in case they cause trouble
even after being uninstalled). After you've selected the Restore Point in
the right pane, click the Next button, and the rest of the wizard is self
explanatory. After your system reboots your problem should be fixed. I
offered the above quick fix, rather then guessing whether you'd selected
Large Fonts, or maybe changed the DPI setting. The above will revert the
system to its prior settings for either of the two.
