I booted up this morning and all was fine, then my
display tinted over. Sort of like when you are shutting
down windows. I can't find the problem. I keep up to date
virus protection and it found nothing. I changed the
theme and appearance around and no fix. I adjusted the
monitor and no fix. The tint is a blue color and shades
vary every few seconds. Any suggestions?

Confirm that the monitor's cables are security seated into their connectors.

Run the DEGAUSS function on the monitor (see the manual).

If a magnetic device is close to the monitor, move it away.

Either the Red gun or the Green gun is failing on your
monitor or the signal calbe is not fully plugged in on the
computer (or the cord is damaged, or bent)
