Monitor displays blue tint after changing video cards....suggestions?

I was using a Gforce FX 5200 video board in a Powerspec 9340 (Pentium4
3.1(?) gigs) Removed it to upgrade. First upgrade didn't fit (PCI rather
than AGP) so I replaced orig. board. My monitor produced a very blueish hue
(worked fine with other computers using same monitor). The screen became
normal again for about 10 minutes but the blue shade returned. Have since
purchased an e0GeForce 7600 (AGP) but when I installed it along with drivers
the blueish tint remained. Programs run ok but visuals (especially for
games) are difficult to view. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I would check first of all that your card is seated properly. I get this
issue a lot at work with our KVM's that have bad VGA cables. The video will
show, but through a blue or greenish hue. You might just have a bad cable,
otherwise it is a bad connection at some point.

On the money, DuaneBS!!! Jiggled the cable long enough and everything's
fine. Will buy a new one tomorrow. Thanks for the help!
