Display Size Changed

How do I set the display size (for Outlook, Internet
Explorer, etc.?) For 3 years it has pretty much filled
up the page, but last week it changed (by itself?) to
fill only about half the page.

You need to reduce your screen resolution.
Start
Control Panel
Display
Settings tab
Screen resolution: move the pointer to "less"
Apply
OK
