IE Text Sizes

When I change the text size via the VIEW pull down menu the change is only
temporary. When I reload IE the text size reverts to the previous setting. Is
there some default setting I can adjust somewhere, somehow? I do not have
Eudora (I think) and the font size settings in Outlook do not adjust the text
sizes in the pages I download through Internet Explorer. I've already
adjusted the fonts and DPI in the appearance section Display Properties so
I'm looking for a Internet Explorer specific font size control. Interent
Options offers fonts, not size control.

Options in several third-party applications disallow such changes. These
include Ad-aware's Ad-Watch, Spybot Tea Timer, SpywareBlaster, SpySweeper,
Norton AntiVirus, McAfee VirusScan and/or Antispyware, and Zone Alarm (Free
and Pro).
