Recently I noticed my monitor is not going to sleep. It has alswas worked
until recently, anthing I downloaded I have removed with the exception of SP3
incase it was a conflict. When I go into disply properties change the
screensver time and the shut down monitor time. No matter what I set, the
monitor does not shut down. I set it at night and when I get up the next
morning I find the monitor still on with the desktop showing. How do I
correct this issue.
