For some reason my computer is telling me the admin has disabled the Control display control whenever I try to access it (to change res, or ss or background). I only have one account enabled, which IS the admin. Where do I enable it again?

I don't sign in at all. There's only one account with no password, so when I boot up, it takes me straight to my desktop. There is no logging in
