Display Problem

We re-installed Windows XP and we're having trouble with the screen. Whenever
we scroll down/up, the whole screen takes time to refresh. The whole screen
will reload, even though we've only moved up/down a little bit. We think this
might be a refresh rate problem? Any ideas on how to fix it? Any help
appreciated, thanks guys.

Go to the video card manufactures web site and get the correct drivers for
your video card.
