Display Proberties Box/desktop : Cannot Click Images To Set As Background.

DISPLAY PROBERTIES BOX/DESKTOP : CANNOT CLICK IMAGES TO SET AS BACKGROUND. Also cant browse for more pictures and the volume icon in the taskbar will not appear.
