Display of Received e-mails

In Outlook 2007 a certain percent of received emails do not display properly.
They appear to be html code partly, plain text partly and links. Other
emails seem to display fine with graphics. Any thoughts on addressing this
problem?

The typical cause is either having an email scanner like an antivirus
program integrated into Outlook or something between the sender and you
modifying the data stream in such a way that Outlook cannot decode it. If
it's not the mail scanner, then it's unlikely something on your PC causing
the problem.
