Display name shows X500 address

After moving a mailbox, display name shows
o=ORGNAME/ou=GROUPNAME/cn=Recipients/cn=USERNAME instead of the
"Lastname,Firstname <[email protected]>.

Any ideas?
Txs in advance
 
I'm in charge of the site admin, but not an expert on EX...please assist.
