Using outlook 2003 on my PC, when I print out an email, instead of printing
my name at the top it prints /O=[company name] ./OU=[domain name ]
/CN=recipients /CN=CHRIS

any ideas?

I think that's the result of your Exchange admins not defining an SMTP
address for you in Active Directory.

Thanks but I do have an smtp address assigned for me in AD.
Printing out emails from webmail prints my name at the top ok so I think it
could be related to my outlook on my PC and not the exchange setup.
