Display issue causes computer to freeze.

Here's a strange one. Every two or three weeks my
computer screen will become covered with "fragments" of
windows that are open underneath the current window.
This is the only way I know to describe this ... for
example: While working in an Excel Document, 10-
12 "squares" suddenly appeared, one being part of a
scrollbar, others being icons from the desktop, etc. The
computer freezes up at this point and I have to restart
to get back to work.

May be a video card problem, check vid.card site for any updates.

I've had this before -- video memory going bad. TIme for a new card.
