Display is off-center.

The LCD display is off-center to the right in my Dell Inspiron 8100.
The computer thinks the screen is larger than it is.
I would like to re-center it.
 
Your monitor should have controls on it which you can press to display an on
screen menu which will enable you to change the size and position.
