Display is not correct when replying

Using Outlook 2003, when replying to some emails (both internal and external)
the font shows as Arial 10 but the screen display is so small I can't read my
email as I'm typing. When the e-mail is sent it is received by the recipent
in the correct font. Have set e-mail options to Plain Text but that's not a
good solution and doesn't work for some.

Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere?

Are you using Word as your email editor? Check the zoom settings?
