Display Driver Needed

Poor Richard

I bought a used 19 inch Dell crt monitor. I need the driver, but can't get
to Dell's support site without having a service tag number. There must be
thousands of drivers on the Microsoft download site, but I don't know which
one I need. The monitor is Dell UltraScanP991. Can anyone help?
